To ensure success in the NEBOSH Level 6 International Diploma, it is recommended that you have a fundamental understanding of health and safety issues, such as risk management, hazard control, accident investigation, and international regulation. A foundation-level qualification like the NEBOSH General Certificate or at least 5 years health and safety work experience is also highly recommended.
The NEBOSH International Diploma in Qatar covers health and safety management at a senior level by incorporating best practices and international regulations, including those outlined by the International Labour Organisations (ILO).

When it comes to assessment, the NEBOSH Level 6 International Diploma takes a practical approach, with practical work and scenario-based questions forming the basis of evaluation.
DI1 is assessed with a practical assignment split into 4 sections:
Units DI2 and DI3 are assessed through case studies and scenario-based questions.
You will have 2-4 weeks to complete your assessments and submit your work to the NEBOSH online portal. You should spend around 40 hours on your DI1 assignment and 20 hours each on your DI2 and DI3 assignments.

The NEBOSH International Diploma is moving to Ofqual regulation, and as a result is now known as the NEBOSH Level 6 International Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals.
The course syllabus and learning outcomes remain the same as the previous specification.
The main driver in this change was to restore all International learners the ability to use their qualification to achieve IOSH membership.
